Job Title: Bank Senior Care Assistant | Agency: Advinia Health Care | Location: Greater Manchester, BL3 6SA | Salary/Rate: £13.40 per hour

Your New Role

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion, and resident dignity.

  • Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:
  • Administering medication
  • Providing hands‑on, high‑quality Resident Care
  • Team supervisions
  • Developing, implementing, and updating care plans
  • Adhering to CQC guidelines
  • Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs
  • The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00
    The night shift is: 20:00 – 08:00

  • A leader: Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands‑on approach.
  • Qualifications: Due to the nature of this role, we need you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
  • Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong working relationships.
  • Caring by nature: An enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for making people’s lives that little bit brighter each day.
