We are Deben Willow Care Ltd, based in Woodbridge. We are a privately-owned provider of care services within the community. We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to join our existing team.
As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent, supporting them, and offering services including personal care, medication support, companionship, and a non-exhaustive list of support tasks that support and assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy, and content within their own home environment.
We have vacancies covering North Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Hollesley, Alderton, and more.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a range of skills, including sector knowledge, empathy, self-awareness, effective communication, positive carer traits, and high levels of care and service delivery.
- All training is face-to-face
- Driving licence and own transport required
- An enhanced DBS and references will be required upon a position being offered
- Good timekeeping essential
- Computer-based knowledge essential
- 42-hour per week contract, on a two-week fixed roster
- Opportunity for additional overtime to supplement holiday and staff absence
- Available for immediate start
- Available to attend face-to-face training on 17th November
