We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in the Fareham area, supporting adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
Shift patterns are 6, 7.5, or 8 hour shifts between 08:30 and 19:00, Monday – Sunday. Lone working is required on some days.
- Support people in daily living activities and community engagement
- Facilitate social activities and connect with family and friends
- Assist with financial management
- Maintain cleanliness of home and shop for supplies
- Provide personal care and encourage independence

Experience in social care is not essential; comprehensive training will be provided, including Health and Social Care Diploma.
