- Serve as a positive role model for young children.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
- Early childhood education experience: 2 years (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Passion for early childhood education and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Enjoy singing, dancing, outdoor exploration, sensory play, and bringing joy to every day.
