We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, efficient, and high-quality service to all guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and actively upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service periods
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery
- Respond to guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts as required
- Support colleagues during busy service periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately for billing purposes
- Experience working in a fast‑paced hospitality or kitchen environment is beneficial
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Visa & Employment Contribution
This position may be offered with visa sponsorship support, subject to eligibility and immigration regulations. The employee is required to contribute 34% of the total visa‑related costs, in line with company policy and applicable legal requirements.
