Resilience Personnel is a leading recruiting agency that provides high‑quality and reliable staff to various care homes across the UK. We are looking for an agency Support Worker/Care Assistant to work part‑time shifts (Long day/Night/Rotating) in a care home setting.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care needs such as washing, dressing and toileting.
- Supporting residents in daily living activities including meals, hobbies and socialising.
- Providing emotional and physical comfort and companionship to residents.
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ health and well‑being.
- Adhering to the agency’s policies and procedures, including compliance, safeguarding, health and safety.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a care assistant, preferably in a care home setting.
- A passion for person‑centred care and enhancing residents’ quality of life.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, able to work shifts including nights and weekends as per the rota.
- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
