Responsibilities
The Stock and Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring product availability to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
This position plays a key role in cost control, food safety, and overall store efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of all food items and supplies
- Place regular orders with approved vendors based on usage and forecasted needs
- Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries
- Implement and oversee FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out) procedures to minimize waste
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas (coolers, freezers, dry storage)
- Prepare regular inventory and waste reports for management
