The Sterling Choice is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Andover, Hampshire, to take full ownership of shift operations in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse, where accuracy, safety, and service matter.
You will lead two weekend shifts, manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, drive KPI performance, and ensure SOPs and health and safety standards are observed.
The role offers £20,000–£24,000 per annum for two days a week with day or night options.
