Team Member - Day & Night Shift

Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our [location] hotel. Working on a [TBC *part time, permanent basis], you will receive a competitive salary of £[TBC *12.30] per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support with day-to-day operations
• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
• Handle guest queries and complaints
• Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
• Ensure positive guest experiences, aiming for 5-star reviews
• Ensure smooth processes through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
