Base pay range

Working 40 hours a week on a full‑time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.55 per hour.

Role & responsibilities

• Support with day‑to‑day operations
• Be the first point of contact for guest experience
• Deal with guest queries and complaints
• Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
• Ensure positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews
• Ensure smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
