We are currently seeking a Sales Manager - Groups to join our commercial team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this new role will take group‑wide responsibility for delivering revenue growth across all regions through a combination of proactive sales, group reservations management, and corporate account development.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the central group reservations process across the full easyHotel network.
- Support local Sales Managers and Hotel Team with group business management and conversion.
- Build strong relationships with repeat bookers to secure long‑term business.
- Manage third‑party group platforms to maximise visibility and performance.
- Proactively generate new business for all regions.
- Identify opportunities for multi‑site and chain‑wide agreements.
- Manage agreed group rates for tour operators and leisure groups including, but not limited to, Stag/Hen, Incentive, ensuring all rates are fit for purpose and shared/updated in preparation for future booking periods.
- Maintain a strong, active sales pipeline across all regions.
- Produce regular reporting on revenue, conversion, and account performance.
- Proven experience in hotel sales, group reservations, or commercial roles.
- Demonstrated new business generation and hitting revenue targets.
- Commercially driven with a focus on profitability and contribution.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑starter who takes ownership and delivers results.
- Comfortable working across multiple regions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Experience with Hotel PMS, Hotel CRM, Lanyon, or similar systems.
- An entrepreneurial working environment with opportunities to work cross‑functionally and get involved in projects.
