We’re easyHotel, creating a new kind of affordable hotel. Our mission is to make travel more affordable with smartly designed hotels that give guests just what they need for a great night’s sleep. That means hotels that are easy to book, easy to use, and in central or well-connected locations with four‑star style beds too. We keep things simple, so guests can focus on enjoying the destination or getting on with their work.

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join our commercial team. Reporting to the Head of E‑Commerce, you will take the lead on driving data‑driven, results‑oriented culture and methodology in our web organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy to drive direct bookings, revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Lead all digital marketing and acquisition activity, including Google Ads, Metasearch, Paid Social, Affiliates, Organic Search, Email and CRM.
  • Own and optimise paid marketing campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, AI Search Max), working closely with agency partners.
  • Define and oversee SEO and AEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings and grow visibility for priority search terms.
  • Plan, allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, including significant paid media spend, ensuring ROI targets are consistently met.
  • Monitor and analyse performance against KPIs through daily, weekly and monthly reporting using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Google Ads and Looker Studio.
  • Communicate performance insights, results and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and challenge agency partners to ensure delivery against agreed targets and best‑practice standards.
  • Identify CRO opportunities and contribute data‑driven recommendations to the website and development roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on content and creative assets for the website, paid media and online listings.
  • Support the Head of eCommerce in shaping and implementing CRM strategy, including pre‑stay communications and loyalty initiatives.
  • Ensure digital marketing activity is aligned with overall sales, revenue and commercial objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships across the commercial and revenue teams to support trading plans and peak performance periods.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing within a B2C environment; experience in hospitality or travel is advantageous.
  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns and budgets at scale.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, affiliates and email/CRM platforms.
  • Confident using analytics and reporting tools including GA4, Mixpanel and Looker Studio.
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen, combined with a creative, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
