As our Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement & development of the hotel team, making sure they deliver a great experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in Hotel management or someone that has worked in a management role and is looking for their next step in their career.

- Take responsibility for all aspects of hotel management, brand and people pillars
- Ensuring a lasting customer experience, making sure all amenities make a comfortable stay for guests
- Building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community to drive local sales plan

- Meeting EBITDA by achieving annual sales and profit targets
