We're easyHotel. We're creating a new kind of affordable hotel. Our mission is to make travel more affordable with smartly designed hotels that give guests just what they need for a great night’s sleep. That means hotels that are easy to book, easy to use, and in central or well-connected locations with four-star style beds too. We keep things simple, so guests can focus on enjoying the destination or getting on with their work. Whether they’re travelling on a budget or just prefer to spend more on the experiences that matter, we’re here for them. As part of the easy family of brands, we’re known for delivering great value and service. It’s what sets us apart and what keeps our guests coming back.
Right now, we have three hotels in Spain, with two more on the way in 2026. But we’re just getting started. Over the next few years, we’re planning to grow in key cities across the country. To support that growth, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. You’ll lead accommodation sales in the region and help us build strong cross-regional connections. It’s a multi-purpose role, ideal for someone hands‑on, ambitious, and ready to grow with us.
As Sales Manager you will report to the Head of Sales (who is based in London) and will take responsibility for Corporate and Agency Sales, Group Sales and Sales Administration for the region. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team, but as the only Sales Manager based in Spain you will work highly autonomously, building connections with the Hotel Managers and local teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of proactive hotel accommodation sales, including corporate, agency and group sales and account management.
- The ability to take ownership of regional sales activity and provide support to other areas.
- A Sales Manager who is passionate about guest satisfaction and understands the commercial benefits of great service.
- Competency with digital sales tools such as Lanyon and Apaleo.
- Confidence to support the sales and wider commercial team with activity and administration to achieve desired growth.
- Ability to travel to meet the needs and demands of the business.
- Fluent Spanish and English, any other languages would be an advantage.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary with bonus and commission structure.
- An entrepreneurial working environment with opportunities to get involved in all areas of the business.
- An employer who is committed to the sustainability agenda.
- Annual team bonus based on company and personal objectives.
- Subsidised health care via Alan Spain.
We want to hear from you if you’d like to be part of this journey.
