Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our Cardiff hotel. Working on a part time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.

Role & responsibilities
- Happy with flexible working
- Support with day to day operations
- Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints
- Inspecting rooms and communicating to maintenance or housekeeping with any issues
- Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews
- Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
