Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our Sheffield hotel. Working on a 16 hour part time, evening basis you will receive a competitive salary of £12.80 per hour. It is essential that you are flexible to cover the evening shift between 3pm and 11pm, 7 days a week. As our Team Member your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Role & responsibilities:
- Happy with flexible working
- Support with day to day operations
- Be first point of contact for the guest experience
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints
- Inspecting rooms and communicating to maintenance or housekeeping any issues
- Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews
- Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
