Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a Night Team Member at our Sheffield hotel. Working on a part-time basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.
As our Night Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.
Hours of work: 16 hours over two nights, 11pm - 7am.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Support with day-to-day operations
- Be the first point of contact for guest experience
- Handle guest queries and complaints
- Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
- Ensure positive guest experiences, aiming for 5-star reviews
- Manage processes through Apaleo, our hotel booking system
