easyHotel has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Manager to join the team based in their Newcastle hotel. You will work on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary.
As our Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement & development of the hotel team, making sure they deliver a great experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Hotel Manager or someone that has worked as an assistant hotel manager looking for their next step in their career.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for all aspects of hotel management, brand and people pillars
- Ensuring a lasting customer experience, making sure all amenities make a comfortable stay for guests
- Building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community to drive local sales plan
- Financial budgeting and controlling costs
- Meeting EBITDA by achieving annual sales and profit targets
- Performance development and engagement
- Managing employee relations
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for your team
- Resource planning and rotas
- Collaborating with business support areas for compliance
