Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our Milton Keynes hotel. Working on a Full Time basis you will receive a competitive salary of £12.80 per hour. As our Team Member your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Role & responsibilities:
- Happy with flexible working (early shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, late shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm)
- Support with day to day operations
- Support hotel management with team development
- Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints
- Dealing with basic maintenance issues that may arise through guest feedback
- Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews
- Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
