easyHotel has an exciting opportunity for anAssistant Hotel Manager to join the team based in their Cardiff hotel. You will work on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary.

As our Assistant HotelManageryou will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement & development of the hotel team, making sure they deliver a great experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.

Role &Responsbilities:

• Provide leadership and act as the deputy in the absence of the Hotel Manager

• Build awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community

• Working closely with the Revenue and Finance teams to meet your hotel objectives and promotesales

• Reduce out of order rooms by working closely with Maintenance Technician

• Engaging and developing the team to driveperformance

• Set performance objectives and identify trainingneeds

• Support the Hotel Manager with teamrotas

• Delivering high standard rooms by working closely with housekeeping

• Delivering cost savings in your hotel

• Liaising with support functions to be commercially aware and understanding hotel initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience (either in a similar role or you are ready for your next step)

• Fluent in English

• Must hold a valid Right to Work

Advantageous

• Ability to speak any otherlanguage

• Degree in hospitality or related field
