Easyfairs UK & Global is a rapidly growing exhibition and events business having recently made a number of acquisitions and with many global launches in the pipeline. We are a dynamic and exciting team to join, with great opportunities for driven, energetic and passionate individuals. There is an opportunity to join our operations team, looking after the logistics of pre-planning and delivering a variety of exhibitions and events. We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive for our Twickenham office, who is keen to learn within a fast-paced environment.
You will be working within the Operations Team across a number of Easyfairs exhibitions, based in the UK and overseas, managing Exhibitor orders and assisting with Exhibitor queries. This role requires you to work from our Twickenham office 3 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after the completion of a probationary period.
Role Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the exhibitor stand orders and assist exhibitors with their pre-show orders to achieve revenue targets.
- Liaise with exhibitors to ensure all receive the highest level of customer service pre-show, onsite and post-show.
- Manage and produce exhibitor manuals.
- Conduct regular floorplan and exhibitor list audits.
- Run the organiser office onsite.
- Provide administrative support and form collation.
- Support the operations team pre-show and onsite during the show seasons. Predominantly UK based with potential for onsite working at overseas shows.
- Act as point of contact for exhibitor and their stand queries.
- Complete administrative tasks including booking of accommodation and travel for show team.
- Develop a professional working relationship with internal teams and external contractors and liaise with them across all services.
- Previous work experience in the exhibition or events sector.
- High standards of communication via email and over the phone.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Excel.
- Floorplan management and audits experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Awareness of Health and Safety onsite.
- IOSH certification is desirable but not essential.
