Opportunity Are you a dynamic marketing professional with around 3 years of marketing experience looking to make a significant impact? Easyfairs has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to spearhead visitor and exhibitor promotions within our award‑winning Aesthetics team. This role is ideal for a marketing executive looking to progress to the next level in their career with the drive to work towards Senior Marketing Executive.

Aesthetics, ACE, the Aesthetics Journal, The Aesthetics Awards and CCR as part of Easyfairs, is a media and event portfolio servicing the medical aesthetics industry. This exciting market is growing rapidly, and our corporate customers include pharmaceutical producers of injectable products, as well as skincare companies and laser device manufacturers. Aesthetics encompasses a monthly print journal, a strong online and social presence, and three annual events: the glamorous Aesthetics Awards ceremony, two leading conferences and exhibitions – ACE and CCR, and a recently launched Aesthetics Membership.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development: Execute comprehensive marketing strategies for CCR and The Aesthetics Awards. Manage the full marketing lifecycle, from concept to execution. This includes audience targeting, content creation, delivering the event onsite, and post‑campaign analysis. Collaborate with event stakeholders, including sales teams and sponsors, to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. Adapt strategies across multiple events throughout the year, respecting brand guidelines and event needs.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead the development and optimisation of digital campaigns (including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and PPC) to drive event awareness, registrations, and engagement. Oversee the management of event websites, ensuring they are regularly updated and optimised for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling and engaging content tailored to the event's target audience, including promotional materials, press releases, blogs, and case studies. Deliver that collateral through the full mix of channels – print and digital media, email, social and more – with intelligently‑managed segmented activity. Work closely with the design team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless marketing experience. Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed to produce high-quality creative content.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Utilise CRM systems and marketing automation tools to segment, nurture, and engage audiences effectively. Reporting and analysis post‑event.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including exhibitors, partners, media, and industry associations. Be the main point of contact and lead on exhibitor‑to‑visitor marketing tools.
  • Other: Play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the event onsite. Attend external events, such as competitor and partner events.

Essential Criteria

  • You are an ambitious marketing executive with experience of the full marketing mix, and you have the energy and drive to reach targets and succeed in a growing company.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Acute attention to detail. Processes, deadlines, grammar & proofreading – these are things you take seriously and hold yourself to the highest standards.
  • You are content‑driven and an amazing copywriter who can create sparkling, benefit‑led copy.
  • You are a confident communicator who can influence cross‑functional teams and explain complex concepts with clarity.
  • You are comfortable working with website, social scheduling and email management systems and of course Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work well in a team but also comfortable working autonomously in your own area of responsibility.
  • You thrive on working under pressure and have the resilience, attitude and enthusiasm to support the team through busy campaigns.

Desirable Criteria

  • You are comfortable working with systems like WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social.
  • Experience dealing with people at all levels, both internally within the company and in the market.
  • Experience writing engaging, creative and informative copy for all key event assets, including user guides, event programmes, direct mail, newsletters, social copy, website copy, etc., and in cases overseeing copy written by others.
  • You have an analytical mind and can pull the big story out of the details.
  • You can demonstrate proactive drive to take campaigns to the next level, pushing beyond your assigned remit and exploring growth and development, both for the campaign and personally.
  • Design experience, basic Canva / Adobe Express, Photoshop skills.
  • Additional marketing training / qualifications.
