The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to join our award-winning Industrial Processing Portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering revenue growth.

You'll be responsible for driving exhibition, sponsorship, advertising, and digital revenue across a portfolio of market-leading international events and media brands.
We're looking for someone with a genuine hunter mentality—someone who enjoys opening new doors, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Alongside new business development, you'll manage and grow an established customer base, ensuring strong retention and year-on-year rebook rates.
This role is ideal for an experienced Account Manager/Key Account Manager looking for a more commercially focused sales position with significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify, research and engage prospective exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new business across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and market research.
- Generate revenue through exhibition space, sponsorship, advertising and digital opportunities.
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Account Management & Client Retention
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
- Maximise customer retention and drive year-on-year rebook revenue.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the wider portfolio.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clients achieve strong ROI from their participation.
- Event & Industry Engagement
- Attend industry events, competitor exhibitions and client meetings both in the UK and internationally.
- Represent the portfolio as a trusted industry partner and ambassador.
- Develop a strong understanding of industry trends, market developments and customer needs.
- Work closely with marketing, operations and content teams to support successful event delivery and campaign execution.
