The ideal candidate:
- Fluent in English (an additional European language is strongly preferred e.g. French, Spanish, German, Polish)
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role within a relevant industry (events, conferences, real estate, recruitment etc)
- Ambitious and driven individual who takes pride in owning a project and strives for the best outcome at all times
- KPI driven, viewing KPIs and targets as opportunities to exceed performance
- Capable of working with high volume
- Confident communicator comfortable making calls over the phone or face-to-face interactions
