Easyfairs UK & Global is a rapidly growing exhibition and events business having recently made a number of acquisitions and with many global launches in the pipeline. We are a dynamic and exciting team to join, with great opportunities for driven, energetic and passionate individuals. There is an opportunity to join our operations team, looking after the logistics of pre-planning and delivering a variety of exhibitions and events. We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive for our Twickenham office, who is keen to learn within a fast-paced environment.

You will be working within the Operations Team across a number of Easyfairs exhibitions, based in the UK and overseas, managing Exhibitor orders and assisting with Exhibitor queries. This role requires you to work from our Twickenham office 3 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after the completion of a probationary period.

Role Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the exhibitor stand orders and assist exhibitors with their pre-show orders to achieve revenue targets.
  • Liaise with exhibitors to ensure all receive the highest level of customer service pre-show, onsite and post-show.
  • Manage and produce exhibitor manuals.
  • Conduct regular floorplan and exhibitor list audits.
  • Run the organiser office onsite.
  • Provide administrative support and form collation.
  • Support the operations team pre-show and onsite during the show seasons. Predominantly UK based with potential for onsite working at overseas shows.
  • Act as point of contact for exhibitor and their stand queries.
  • Complete administrative tasks including booking of accommodation and travel for show team.
  • Develop a professional working relationship with internal teams and external contractors and liaise with them across all services.
Essential Criteria
  • Previous work experience in the exhibition or events sector.
  • High standards of communication via email and over the phone.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Floorplan management and audits experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety onsite.
  • IOSH certification is desirable but not essential.
