The role involves working as a Senior Sales Manager for the Digital Accountancy Show UK & US. You will be at the heart of the event's success, building strong exhibitor relationships, driving revenue, and helping our partners maximise their return on investment. This role is hybrid, based in our Twickenham office 3 days per week with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. Due to the nature of the role, willingness to work US working hours is required.
What you will be doing:
- Building strong relationships with exhibitors by meeting them face-to-face and selling sponsorship packages and additional services.
- Keeping our prospects database up to date and expanding it to meet sales goals.
- Managing accounts and handling administrative tasks related to bookings.
- Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Outbound sales prospecting in adherence to KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in exhibition, events, or media sales.
- Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling high-value B2B solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Confident selling to senior stakeholders (Founders, Directors, Heads of Marketing).
- Highly organised, driven, and commercially intelligent.
- Resilient, competitive, and thrives under pressure.
- Second language preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of finance or digital sector preferred but not essential.
