The opportunity at Easyfairs is ideal for a recent graduate or someone beginning their data journey, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for using data to support commercial teams. Data-driven strategies are at the heart of our approach as we accelerate our digital transformation and continue to deliver exceptional events to our communities.
The Data & Intelligence team plays a fundamental role in Easyfairs, covering a portfolio of events across 5 regions (UK, France, Iberia, Italy and Algeria) and sitting within the central Marketing Intelligence & Technology (MIT) team. The focus of this role is to work with exhibitor data: preparing, segmenting and delivering accurate, ready-to-use data to our sales teams at the right moments in their campaigns. Your work will help them target the right companies and contacts, have better conversations, and ultimately grow revenue.
The ideal candidate needs excellent attention to detail, the ability to hit deadlines, and work under pressure. This position will be based in our Twickenham office and report to the Head of Data & Intelligence. The role is hybrid: typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote once probation has been successfully completed.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Preparing, cleaning and maintaining exhibitor and prospect data across multiple databases and systems
- Building and updating targeted lists and segments in Salesforce
- Managing data imports and exports between Salesforce, Tableau and other systems
- Helping to create clear, easy-to-use views and dashboards (primarily in Tableau)
- Monitoring data quality and carrying out regular data hygiene tasks
- Supporting sales campaigns with timely data pulls, selections and updates
- Assisting with basic reporting on campaign and pipeline performance
- Liaising with external data providers where needed
Tools you will use:
- Salesforce (CRM) to manage and segment exhibitor and prospect data
- Tableau to create and update dashboards and reports for sales teams
- SQL would be a plus, but is not essential
The ideal candidate will be:
- A recent graduate or an individual with early-career office experience
- Experience working with data in Salesforce and/or another CRM system
- Confidence working with data in Excel
- Meticulous and consistent attention to detail
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure
- Curiosity about how sales teams use data
- Fluent English and high standards of communication and organisation
- High levels of energy, a positive attitude and commitment
Experience with Tableau and/or SQL would be an advantage, but we are also open to candidates who can demonstrate strong data skills and a willingness to learn these tools quickly.
Benefits include:
- Birthday Day off
- Flexible working as well as hybrid working
- Enhanced family pay (maternity & paternity)
- Cycle to work scheme
- Interest free travel loans
- Free online academy for professional development
- Employee assistance programme
- 24/7 access to our virtual GP service
- Long service awards
- Pension and salary sacrifice options
- Life cover
- Group income protection
- Fully stocked beer & wine fridge in the office
- Regular company socials
