About Us
EasyDose is a growing medical cannabis company with operations in Australia and the UK. We make high-quality, compliant cannabis products and focus on doing one thing well: helping patients access medicine safely and professionally. Our digital presence spans websites, wholesale portals, and social platforms in two markets — and now we’re looking for someone to take ownership of it. This is one of the few creative roles in our team: a perfect fit for someone who enjoys design, structure, and storytelling, and who wants to build a long-term career in medical cannabis.
What You’ll Do
- Website management (Wix): keep the EasyDose site current, compliant, and visually consistent.
- Wholesale and clinic portals: upload assets, monitor listings, and coordinate with our Australian and UK partners.
- Social media: schedule weekly posts, engage with followers, and handle messages professionally within medical-cannabis communication rules.
- Community monitoring: track reviews, online discussions, and brand mentions; flag anything needing attention.
- Weekly reporting: provide a short update to leadership on web health, social activity, and community insights.
- Digital communications: manage inbound messages and emails related to clinics, wholesalers, and patient education.
Copy and graphic materials are created by other team members, but it’s an advantage if you can design simple visuals or posts yourself. You’ll receive training in medical cannabis regulation and compliant communication, so you can speak confidently and accurately about the industry.
What You Bring
- Experience managing websites or social media for a brand, clinic, or business.
- Familiarity with Wix or similar web platforms.
- Strong writing and digital communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative work (posting, engagement) with clerical oversight (tracking, reporting, monitoring).
- Self-starter who works well independently and communicates clearly.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the medical cannabis industry and curiosity to learn about its science, regulations, and community.
- (Bonus) Skills in design, analytics, or content-scheduling tools.
What We Offer
- £32/hour for roughly 16 hours per week to start.
- Fully remote, flexible schedule (UK or Australia residence only please).
- Exposure to both UK and Australian medical cannabis markets.
- Direct access to a small, experienced leadership team that values initiative and clear communication.
- The chance to grow with us as the company — and the medical cannabis field — continues to expand.
