We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the local market, building strong relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives in the local market.
  • Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our products/services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
