Social Care worker

We are looking to recruit social care workers to work across the region of Isle of Wight. The contract covers domicillary care , as well as residential homes to support vulnerable adults across the county. We need individuals who who are passionate about providing quality healthcare, who understand how to deliver high standards of care to their clients. Essential: Min: 6 months experience of working within the UK health and social care sector Enhanced DBS on the update service Location: Hampshire Details of the Role: Contract type: Temporary, with full- time hours Key Responsibilities: Provide professional health care to residents. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents. Maintain high standards of clinical documentation. Training Requirements: All mandatory training Essential: All candidates should have 6 month of work experience within the health care sector in the UK
