This role you are working within supported living / hostels units supporting clients with a range of medical needs, and specialised dietary needs.
You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner ; as well be familiar with sanitation regulations.
You must hold NVQ Level 2 ; Level 2 Food Safety ; IDDSI Modified Food and relevant training
Time: (Shifts available 19th / 25th Dec. and on ad-hoc basis
