Social Care worker / Care worker is needed to support Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council on temporay basis in a residential unit in Treharris

Essential

Completion of 10 hour online Welsh Work course.

QCF Level 2 in Care or a similar qualification recognized by Social Care Wales, or willingness to undertake this within first year of employment.

Competent in the following topics or ability to complete training.

Commitment to undertake training which is relevant to the individuals who are being supported.

At least 1 years experience in a social care role within a registered setting would be preferred.
