About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.
As a Home Care Worker, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with personal care, where necessary
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Supporting with medication in accordance with care plans and training
- Helping clients with mobility and daily activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Completing light household tasks where required
- Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Maintaining accurate and confidential care records
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect at all times
About You
- Caring, patient, and compassionate
- Reliable and responsible

- Able to communicate effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and undertake relevant training
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
