JOB PURPOSE
To deliver high-quality, bespoke, 1-to-1 private swimming lessons to babies, children, and adults within an exclusive, luxury members club in Woolwich, London. We are seeking a highly experienced, charismatic, and self-motivated professional who can manage and lead their own sessions without constant supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver tailored 1-to-1 private swimming lessons to client profiles across all age ranges (from babies and toddlers to advanced adults).
- Design and implement highly effective, safe, and engaging individual lesson plans that build water confidence and technique.
- Work independently at the private facility, acting as a key representative of the Easy2Swim brand.
- Conduct safety checks of the immediate poolside area and ensure all lessons strictly comply with water safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain excellent, professional relationships with the members and families of the club.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of swimming teaching experience (essential).
- Qualifications: ASA Level 2 Swim England qualification (or international equivalent).
- Teaching Profile: Strong, proven track record in conducting private 1-to-1 lessons.
- Specialisation: Demonstrated experience teaching babies/toddlers safely and confidently.
- Personal Attributes: High energy, charisma, and excellent communication skills. You must be comfortable working autonomously and taking full responsibility for the pool deck during your hours.
- Compliance: Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willing to undergo one) and valid lifesaving/first aid qualification.
