We are looking for an experienced and reliable School Chef to join our friendly kitchen team. Duties include:
- Preparing fresh, nutritious meals for pupils and staff
- Managing the day-to-day running of the school kitchen
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Managing stock and food orders
- Supporting and leading kitchen staff
- Catering for special dietary and allergy requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous chef/catering experience
- Ideally has experience in a school or educational setting
- Holds Food Hygiene certification
- Is organised, reliable and passionate about good-quality food
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
