The Role: This role is responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. This role evaluates project plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor needs. The Estimator works closely with the team and clients to ensure clear understanding of project scope and to support successful bidding and project execution. As Estimator, you will be working on projects between £100,000 - £500,000 with the aim to increase to £1 million over the year. The role is primarily office-based in Wokingham with occasional site visits to London projects.
