What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Coffee Skills: Confident in dialling in grinders, extracting espresso, texturing milk, and basic latte art.
- Reliability: Punctual, proactive, and comfortable stepping into different café setups.
- Communication: Conversational English and a warm, customer-first attitude.
