An international engineering and construction company, recognized for delivering complex projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, is looking for a Project HSE Manager to strengthen its Health, Safety & Environment team. 🌍 About the Role

As Project HSE Manager, you will lead the HSE team to ensure that safety management systems are effectively developed, implemented, and monitored throughout the project. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with the highest international standards.

🧭 Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the Project HSE team
• Oversee HSE contract administration and documentation
• Ensure alignment with IOGP and IMCA standards
• Manage and evaluate subcontractors’ HSE performance
• Drive the project risk management process
• Conduct readiness reviews and internal HSE audits
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
• Lead incident investigations and promote continuous improvement

🎓 Your Profile

• Education: Degree-level qualification plus a recognized HSE certification (e.g. NEBOSH)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years with an IMCA contractor and 3 years in Project HSE Management
• Certifications: Auditor and investigation certifications required; Chartered MIOSH membership would be a plus
