We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join the Powertherm team. The candidate will complete administrative duties, providing support and ensuring efficient operations of the site office, and to directly support the Project Manager in a variety of administrative and communications tasks.
A typical day in your role as Site Administrator will involve:
- Completing weekly timesheets for all operatives on site
- Completing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining filing systems on site and keeping records up-to-date
- Completing Induction Packs and booking inductions
- Arranging visitors and deliveries to site
- Completing and submitting stores/purchasing requests and monitoring deliveries
- Controlling materials on site to ensure target delivery dates and requirements are met
- Controlling the clocking machine
- Communicating via telephone and email
- Providing support to the Project Manager as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a full UK driving licence
- Administrative skills
- Payroll/timesheet experience
