Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Independent Prescriber) – Hormone Therapy (TRT/HRT) & Diagnostics
£40–£50 per hour (DOE) | Part‑Time | Hybrid (Crewe + Remote)
Easy Medical Centre is expanding our hormone therapy services (TRT/HRT) alongside our established national diagnostics network. We are looking for an ACP/ANP Independent Prescriber with strong blood interpretation and hormone therapy experience to join us part‑time (1–3 days/week initially). This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a new clinical service while working within a supportive, governance‑focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing (Clinical)
- Conduct TRT consultations (initial + follow‑ups)
- Provide HRT consultations (menopause/perimenopause)
- Interpret hormone and diagnostic blood panels
- Create treatment plans and adjust medication
- Deliver follow‑up calls
- Provide patient aftercare and urgent clinical advice
- Recommend appropriate diagnostic tests/Referrals
What You’ll Be Doing (Non‑Clinical)
- Work with our CQC Manager to develop:
- SOPs for TRT/HRT
- Clinical pathways
- Policies & procedures
- CQC variation documentation
- Support clinical governance and quality improvement
- Assist with audits, risk assessments, and safety protocols
- Review blood results
- Create patient information materials
- Help design subscription‑based care packages
- Train clinic staff on hormone therapy basics (but not limited)
You will play a key role in shaping a safe, scalable hormone service from the ground up, supporting the manager with further clinic growth.
