Responsibilities

  • In charge of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Shanghai retail stores
  • Lead stores sales and in charge of store managers\’ performance, providing training to staff and develop sales and customer service skills to drive optimal business result
  • Monitor inventory control and product consolidation
  • Manage and supervise retail stores operations, including own retails, outlets, and launch events
  • Lead the development of store visual merchandising and work in integration with marketing team on retail marketing activities
  • Lead and development of store community programs to elevate store profile and sustain customer retention and relationship building
  • Reviewing and negotiating leasing terms with related contract parties
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales and profits
  • Ensure the visual merchandising and planograms are implemented following guidelines for new launches, animations, and propose comments for improvement
  • Perform any ad hoc projects and reports as assigned

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 orabove
  • 8 years of Fashion Retail operations and with at least 5years in supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong business sense and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
