Responsibilities
- In charge of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Shanghai retail stores
- Lead stores sales and in charge of store managers\’ performance, providing training to staff and develop sales and customer service skills to drive optimal business result
- Monitor inventory control and product consolidation
- Manage and supervise retail stores operations, including own retails, outlets, and launch events
- Lead the development of store visual merchandising and work in integration with marketing team on retail marketing activities
- Lead and development of store community programs to elevate store profile and sustain customer retention and relationship building
- Reviewing and negotiating leasing terms with related contract parties
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales and profits
- Ensure the visual merchandising and planograms are implemented following guidelines for new launches, animations, and propose comments for improvement
- Perform any ad hoc projects and reports as assigned
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 orabove
- 8 years of Fashion Retail operations and with at least 5years in supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong business sense and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
