Responsibilities
- Develop and review labeling of Food / FMCG products to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Work closely with merchandising team / supplier on the labeling details.
- Update local and overseas food and label regulation.
- Follow up the quality and labeling issues.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or above in Nutritional Chemistry / Food Science or related disciplines.
- 2 years’ relevant experience in food / retail / FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of food labeling.
- Detail-minded, Team-player, Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges.
- Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word processing; knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.
