Responsibilities

  • Develop and review labeling of Food / FMCG products to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Work closely with merchandising team / supplier on the labeling details.
  • Update local and overseas food and label regulation.
  • Follow up the quality and labeling issues.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Nutritional Chemistry / Food Science or related disciplines.
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in food / retail / FMCG industry.
  • Good knowledge of food labeling.
  • Detail-minded, Team-player, Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges.
  • Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word processing; knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.
