Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in regional IT infrastructure support and data center operations in which with at least 3 years in managerial level
- Substantial experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the areas of MS Windows and Exchange Servers, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring and troubleshooting is preferred
- Strong knowledge in telecommunication products, such as Metro Ethernet, SDWAN, VOIP and MPLS
- Solid experience in project management, data center, analysis and design of infrastructure architecture for new projects
- Hands-on experience in various IT areas, including server, storage, office automation, data and voice network, virtualization, cloud heterogeneous integration, service outsourcing, system operation & monitoring and business continuity planning
- Good contract management skills with IT contractors and service providers
- Strong leadership & management and problem solving skills, able to work independently and think innovatively
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
