Conduct thorough analysis of existing operation and undertake new ERP solution development life cycle including user requirements study, feasibility study, system analysis & design, system configuration & testing, user training, system implementation, post-implementation support and ongoing system maintenance.
Collaborate closely with business users and other IT team members to define the scope of the transformation project and align it with organizational goals while adhering to IT project governance policies.
Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
Facilitate and enable business to fully adopt new systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
Actively participate in activities aimed at building competency and best practices within the organization, including internal trainings and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation including at least 3 full cycles of ERP project implementations (Specialization as a subject matter expert in one of the following functions: Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain within the EBS frameworks)
- Familiar with PRC ERP systems such as Kingdee or Yonyou is an advantage
- Strong understanding of business processes and solid experience in ERP implementation is essential
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
