Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the team members to study, evaluate and analyze current organizational systems, methods, procedures and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Act as a change management facilitator to provide solutions for the organizational problems and drive organizational change
- Prepare the proposal for the project and maintain updated documentation including flow charts, specification, manuals and job description etc.
- Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the project successfully
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in enterprise-wide program, campaign implementation and digitalizing office system
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with detail mind
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
