Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily accounting operations and handle full set of accounts
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Assist in statutory audit and tax-filing
  • Assist the supervisor in other ad-hoc projects/ duties as assigned
  • Preparing expense reports for month-end closing and audit purpose
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required
  • Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and presentations skills
  • Hardworking and outgoing personality
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and flexibly
  • Experience in using Excel and other accounting softwares: Peachtree and FlexSystem one preferable
  • Applicant with less experience will consider as Accounts Clerk
