Responsibilities
- Follow-up orders with customers, vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Responsible for product development, sampling and production order execution and logistic co-ordination.
- Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.
- Participate in price negotiation & costing and liaison with vendors or suppliers.
- Work closely with HK team to arrange prompt shipment.
- Collaborate with internal parties to ensure the timeline.
- Handle emails with overseas vendors and headquarters independently.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the manager.
- Travel is required occasionally.
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above.
- 5 years or above merchandising experience in Sundry is preferable.
- Solid experience in sourcing including China and offshore sourcing, sample/product development, and orders follow up with factories.
- Experience in cost breakdown and testing requirement for Europe market.
- Trading office background is preferred (Manufacturing experience is a plus).
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
