Responsibilities

  • Follow-up orders with customers, vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • Responsible for product development, sampling and production order execution and logistic co-ordination.
  • Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.
  • Participate in price negotiation & costing and liaison with vendors or suppliers.
  • Work closely with HK team to arrange prompt shipment.
  • Collaborate with internal parties to ensure the timeline.
  • Handle emails with overseas vendors and headquarters independently.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the manager.
  • Travel is required occasionally.

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above.
  • 5 years or above merchandising experience in Sundry is preferable.
  • Solid experience in sourcing including China and offshore sourcing, sample/product development, and orders follow up with factories.
  • Experience in cost breakdown and testing requirement for Europe market.
  • Trading office background is preferred (Manufacturing experience is a plus).
  • Good command of spoken & written English.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
