- Good at helpdesk service, system/server support, PC setup/migration and managing data backup.
- Experience of managing network & facilities, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting (Switch, Router, Access Point) as an advantage.
- Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical individuals in English, both written and verbally.
