Responsibilities
- In charge of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Shanghai retail stores.
- Lead stores sales and in charge of store managers' performance, providing training to staff and develop sales and customer service skills to drive optimal business results.
- Monitor inventory control and product consolidation.
- Manage and supervise retail stores operations, including own retails, outlets, and launch events.
- Lead the development of store visual merchandising and work in integration with marketing team on retail marketing activities.
- Lead and develop store community programs to elevate store profile and sustain customer retention and relationship building.
- Reviewing and negotiating leasing terms with related contract parties.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales and profits.
- Ensure the visual merchandising and planograms are implemented following guidelines for new launches, animations, and propose comments for improvement.
- Perform any ad hoc projects and reports as assigned.
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above.
- 8 years of Fashion Retail operations and with at least 5 years in supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business sense and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
