Responsibilities
- Detail monitoring the lighting delivery & installation progress
- Assistance to the Assistant Project Engineer for the preparation of the drawings in each case where schedules might be challenging
- Continuous reporting & assistance to the Project Coordinator & General Manager
- Attend site survey to collect lux levels, photographic reports & detailed check of lighting electrical and mechanical specs
- Window of constant communication & report to Client PMs
- Assist in drafting of bills of quantities / quantity survey / preparing the lighting orders
- Monitoring the lighting production schedule for multiple orders
- Daily interaction with the Smart Lighting project team
- Deal & attend meetings with Architects, Clients, Project Managers & General Contractors
- Weekly direct reporting to the company General Manager
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Proficient in PC: Autocad (2D & 3D), MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT/Project)
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Knowledge of LED lighting
- Previous experience in site quantity surveying
- Knowledge of electrical engineering is considered as an important plus
- Knowledge of DIALUX software is preferred
- Engineering/technical background is preferred
- Previous experience within Hong Kong Government projects is preferred
